Refund policy

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Requesting a refund

If a plan is not right for you, email nickadamstewart@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment. Include the email address on your account and the date of the payment. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable at our discretion if no searches were run in that period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Nothing here limits your rights under UK consumer law.
